About the owner...
I’m Michael Dill and I started Griffin Group in 2023 after working professionally in the construction industry for several years. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, then started my career in construction management. Along the way, I remodeled my own home and then began to flip homes and remodel them. I soon realized I had not just a talent but also a passion for remodeling. I always wanted to start a small business and the opportunity was finally here. I made the leap and quit a perfectly good job so that I could pursue my passion while helping others in my community turn their houses into the dream homes they’ve always wanted.
